g. Erase stored faults if no active diagnostic trouble codes are present.
h. With ignition key in ON position ensure no one is inside vehicle.

From passenger side of vehicle, turn ignition key to OFF then ON position and observe instrument panel air bag warning light. Light should go
out after six to eight seconds, indicating system is operating correctly.  If air bag warning light does not illuminate, or goes on and stays on,
there is a system malfunction. Proceed to "Passive Restraint Systems" section.
