4. Remove inboard shoe from caliper and outboard shoe from adapter.
5. Push caliper piston into bore. Remove some brake fluid from master cylinder reservoir to prevent overflowing when piston is pushed into
bore.
6. Install new inboard shoe into caliper with retainer positioned in piston bore.
7. Install outboard shoe onto adapter.
8. Position caliper over brake disc and adapter, then torque guide pins to 18---22 ft. lbs.
9. Install hold-down spring, then install tire and wheel assemblies and lower vehicle to ground.
10. Check master cylinder reservoir for proper level of brake fluid and add as necessary.
