Remove only the bottom two lower timing belt cover screws to allow the cover to be moved away for access to the timing belt (Figure 4).
9.
Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley bracket (Figure 5).
10.
Loosen the timing belt tensioner and remove the timing belt idler pulley (Figure 5). Remove the belt from the camshaft pulley, intermediate shaft
pulley and crank shaft sprocket.
NOTE:
Figure 5 is shown with the lower belt cover removed for illustration purposes.
