SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some vehicles may exhibit moisture/condensate exiting the heater outlets when operating the A/C system in high ambients and/or high humidity with the
blower switch on high and air flow in the bi-level mode for extended periods of time.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the resistor block and installation of a wire overlay harness from the resistor block to the blower motor circuit.
1.
Disconnect the battery.
2.
Remove the glove box, as outlined in the appropriate service manual, to gain access to the blower motor and resistor block wiring harnesses. Also
remove any relay mounting brackets attached to the upper glove box opening. Locate the blower motor wiring harness black 2-way connector and
carefully remove it from its mounting surface. Disconnect the connector.
3.
In the engine compartment, remove the existing blower motor resistor block, as outlined in the appropriate service manual, and replace it with
resistor block P/N 4462841, see Figure 1.
