Sprinter 2500 V6-3.0L DSL Turbo (2008)
1. Lubricate the pads (2) on the support plate (1) that the shoes ride on.
NOTE: Preassemble the retracting spring with the short hook eye from the inside together with the adjuster wheel at the top. Fit the
preassembled park brake shoes on the brake carrier.
2. Ensure that the cable lock moves easily before installing shoes. Install the park brake shoes.
3. Install the pressure hold down springs (1) by depressing with a pair of needle nose pliers (2) and twisting to lock in place.
4. Install the adjuster (1) between the park brake shoes (2).
5. Install the lower retracting springs (3).
