7. Install the fan drive belt (2). See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair
8. Install the fan and shroud. See: Radiator/Service and Repair
9. Note: The radiator fan assembly is attached (threaded) to the fan pulley (1). Install the fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly to the fan pulley by
turning the mounting nut counter-clockwise as viewed from the front. Threads on the radiator cooling fan are REVERSE THREADED
(LEFT-HAND THREAD).
10. Install the engine cover. See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Service and Repair
11. Install the air box assembly.
12. Connect the AGM starter negative battery cable located inside the vehicle under the instrument panel near the accelerator pedal. See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Service and Repair
13. Connect the negative battery cable. See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Service and Repair
14. Evacuate air and reill the cooling system. See: Service and Repair
15. Check cooling system for leaks.
