Front Door Window Regulator - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Install the regulator assembly (13).
2. Install the nuts (14 and 15) and tighten to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.).
3. Install the regulator bolts (10) and tighten to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.).
4. Lower the glass (1) into the regulator lift plate (12) and Install the regulator lift plate screws. Tighten the screws to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.).
5. Connect the electrical connector (11).
6. Install the watershield (9), .
7. install the speaker, install the screws (7) and connect the electrical connector (6).
8. install and fasten the control unit (8) and connect the electrical connectors (5).
9. Connect the electrical connector (3) and install the keyless entry antenna (2). Install the bolts (4).

10. Install the trim panel (40), See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair/Service Manual/Front Door Trim Panel - Installation.
