Condenser Fan Motor Relay: Service and Repair
Controls - Front
Removal
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the A/C condenser fan assembly and place it on a workbench See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Condenser Fan/Service and
Repair/Plumbing - Front/Removal See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Condenser Fan/Service and Repair/Plumbing - Rear/Removal.
3. Remove the condenser fan relay (1) from the right rear of the condenser fan shroud (2).
4. Disconnect the wire harness lead (3) from the condenser fan relay.
Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Position the condenser fan relay (1) to the condenser fan shroud (2) and connect the wire harness connector (3).
2. Install the condenser fan relay into the back of the condenser fan shroud.
3. Install the A/C condenser fan assembly See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Condenser Fan/Service and Repair/Plumbing - Front/Installation See:
Heating and Air Conditioning/Condenser Fan/Service and Repair/Plumbing - Rear/Installation.
4. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
