Removal
REMOVAL
1. If equipped, remove bolts (2) from the auxiliary lock (1).
CAUTION: Guide cables carefully when disconnecting or removing to prevent damage to the cables.
2. Disconnect the cable (3) from the auxiliary lock (1).
3. Disconnect and isolate battery negative cable.
4. Remove the lower trim panel.
5. Remove the door lock bolts (1).
CAUTION: Guide cables carefully when disconnecting or removing to prevent damage to the cables.
6. Position the door lock (5) into door recess, disconnect cables (2), (4), (6) and (7).
7. Disconnect electrical connectors (1) and (3).
8. Remove the door lock (5) from the door.
