Power Distribution Center (PDC) - Removal
REMOVAL
CAUTION: Make sure that the key is in the off position in the ignition lock and wait at least 20 seconds before disconnecting or connecting the
battery isolating connector. You could otherwise damage electrical system components.
1. Isolate the starter battery from the vehicle electrical system by disconnecting the battery isolating connector.
a. Take the key out of the ignition lock and wait for approx. 20 seconds.
b. Pull down on the isolating connector locking tab (2).
c. Pull the connector (1) away from the grounding stud
d. Clamp connector under the accelerator pedal so that it cannot make contact with the ground pin.
2. Remove the front door upper sill trim screws (3).
3. Remove the front door upper sill trim (2).
4. Remove the front driver floor covering (1).
