6. Remove the lower stabilizer link at the spring plate.
7. Tip the strut and knuckle back to access the spring plate mounting bolts (2).
8. Remove the spring plate mounting bolts (2) to the lower control arm.
9. Remove the spring plate (1) and rubber block.
Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Install the spring stop plate (1) and rubber block to the lower control arm. Tighten the M10 bolts (2) to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.) or Tighten the M12
X1.5 bolts to 106 Nm (78 ft. lbs.) Plus an additional 90° turn.
2. Refit the strut (2) and knuckle assembly back into the upper mounting hole (1).
3. Install the lower stabilizer link nut to the spring stop plate Tighten to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the rear half of the wheel well liner.
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly.
6. Lower the vehicle.
