Sprinter 3500 V6-3.0L DSL Turbo VIN 45 (2007)
1. Unsnap and remove the headlamp washer nozzle cover from below the front lamp unit.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the fasteners that secure the front of the front wheel house liner to the bottom of the front bumper fascia.
4. Pull the front wheel house liner rearward far enough to access and clamp off the headlamp washer nozzle supply hose (3).
5. Disconnect the washer supply hose from the barbed nipple near the back of the headlamp washer nozzle (1).
6. Remove the two screws (2) that secure the nozzle to the mounting bracket.
7. Remove the nozzle from the mounting bracket.
