Resistance Inspection
Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge Inspection
1. Remove the IG terminal screw from area A.
2. Measure resistance between terminals with circuit tester.
CAUTION: For inspection, use a circuit tester which uses a measurement current of 4 mA or less.
Standard Value:

A - C..........................................................................................................................................................................................Approx. 139 Ohms
B - C..........................................................................................................................................................................................Approx. 190 Ohms
Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge Simple Inspection
Unit Inspection
To check, remove engine coolant temperature gauge unit from the intake manifold.
