Disconnect the vapor and purge hoses from the evaporative canister which is located under the coolant bottle.

3.

Remove the two canister bracket bolts and discard the canister and bracket assembly.

4.

Install the supplied canister bracket using the provided bolts. Tighten to 8 ft lbs (12 Nm).

5.

Install the new canister in the bracket and connect the vapor and purge hoses.

Note:

Be sure to note location of all hoses and install hoses onto new canister as shown in Figure 1.

6.

Reinstall the coolant reserve bottle. Tighten bolts to 8 ft lbs (12 Nm).
