Remove caliper assembly, refer to Removal/Installation (MR57W).

Remove lock pin, bushing, caliper support, pin boot and boot ring.

Position a shop towel in caliper body, then apply compressed air through the caliper inlet hole, to remove pistons and dust boots. Apply air
gently, and keep hands clear piston.
4.
Remove piston seal with finger tip to avoid damaging cylinder inner surface.
5.
Reverse procedure to assemble, noting the following:
a. Inspect cylinders and pistons for wear or damage and/or corrosion. Inspect caliper body and sleeve for wear.
b. Apply suitable brake fluid to inner cylinders, then install piston seals into cylinder groove. Do not wipe grease from seal and boot repair kit
on piston seal.
c. Apply suitable brake fluid to pistons and insert into cylinders without twisting.
d. Fill piston edges with grease from seal and boot repair kit, then install piston boots.
e. Lubricate sliding surface of guide and lock pins and their boots with grease from seal and boot repair kit.
f.
Install guide and lock pins with their head marks matched with identification marks on caliper body.
