Throttle Body Disassembly For Turbo Models
CAUTION:
a.
Do NOT remove the throttle valve.
b.
When loosening a Phillips screw which has been tightened firmly, be sure to use a screwdriver that is an exact fit.
c.
Be careful while removing the Throttle Position Sensor and the Idle Speed Control Servo screws. They have been coated with an adhesive.
INSTALLATION OF THE TPS TO THE THROTTLE BODY
Positioning The TPS
1.
Set the TPS to the throttle body at a 90~ angle.
Adjusting The TPS
2.
Turn the TPS 90~ counterclockwise to set it, then lightly tighten the screws.
