Differential Carrier: Service and Repair
Limited-Slip Differential Carrier Disassembly

1. Remove attaching screw from differential case A.

2. Remove differential case B.
3. Remove left thrust washer.

NOTE:

Since thrust washer from left side is of a different thickness than the right side, it will be necessary to mark the washer in some manner for
assembly reference.

4. Remove viscous unit, pinion mate washer, differential pinion mate, pinion shaft and righthand differential side gear.
5. Remove right thrust washer.

NOTE:

Since thrust washer from right side is of a different thickness than the left side, it will be necessary to mark the washer for assembly reference.
