SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Buzzing noise from the front door clear plastic water shield near speaker. Occurs only when the radio/speaker is on.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the clear plastic front door water shields with revised black water shields.
1.
Remove the door trim panel as described on Page 23-11 of the 1995 Cirrus/Stratus Service Manual (Publication No. 81-270-5121).
2.
Remove and discard the existing clear water shield. Install the revised black water shield, P/N 4814056/7.
3.
Install door trim panel.
4.
Repeat procedure on other side of vehicle.
