DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide a condensed version of the jump starting, hoisting, and towing information unique to the 1995 Cirrus/Stratus
vehicles. The expanded version is available on pages 0-7 thru 0-9 of the 1995 Cirrus/Stratus Service Manual (Publication No. 81-270-5121).
The battery is located in front of the left front wheel well. Clearly marked jumper cable connections are provided in the engine compartment.
HOISTING AND JACKING POINTS
The recommended structural areas for lifting the 1995 Cirrus/Stratus are illustrated in the drawing above. Failure to observe these lifting points may
result in damage to the underbody and/or suspension components of the vehicle.
