REPLACING MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH

1.

Record radio settings, disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.

2.

Remove upper steering column cover.

3.

Remove multifunction switch mounting screws.

4.

Disconnect wire connectors and lift the switch straight up to remove.

5.

Remove combination flasher and install in new multifunction switch.

6.

For installation reverse the above procedure. Torque multitunction switch retaining screws to 2.3 Nm (20 in.lbs.), and steering column cover
retaining screws to 2 Nm (17 in.lbs.).

7.

Install negative battery cable and set radio stations and clock.

8.

CALIBRATE BCM TO MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH (Step A Above).
