Insertion of the mounting cone from the front (Front Mounting) can be done on aluminum wheels if the rear mount cone is not available. To front
mount aluminum wheels, Use Hunter cone p/n 192-51-2 or equivalent. For reference, the diameter of the front wheel opening is 47.2 mm (1.86 in).
Select a cone that will evenly contact the opening as shown (Fig. 2).

NOTE: 

NEVER PILOT STEEL WHEELS FROM THE FRONT. THE FRONT DIAMETER IS NOT MACHINED TO ACCURATELY ACCEPT THE
BALANCING CONE.
