Fuel Pressure Regulator

Regulator O-rings

NOTE:  Tag injector electrical connectors for proper cylinder identification.

NOTE:  Fuel system pressure must be released prior to any service of fuel injection components.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect negative battery cable, and remove fuel tank cap.
2. Bleed off fuel pressure, remove intake manifold, and water crossover assemblies. 
3. Remove regulator vacuum supply hose, and fuel return hose.
4. Remove regulator hold down screws. 
5. Rotate regulator and remove from intake manifold (do not use excessive force).
6. Remove O-rings from regulator.
