Fuel Gauge
Test From Sensor to Gauge
1. Remove gauge.
2. Using ohmmeter, measure continuity at Pin 1 of the fuel gauge wire harness connector, with the ignition switch in the ON position and the engine
not running.
3. Check ohms.

Fuel tank full is 4 ohms.

Fuel tank empty is 107 ohms.
4. Using reading, estimate if gauge and reading are near each other. If fuel is added the ohms will decease. If the reading shows that a improper signal
is being sent from the fuel sensor it will need to be tested.
