Tighten the fasteners as follows:
Multi-function switch connector screw - 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.)
Multi-function switch retaining screws - 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.)
Steering column upper bracket nuts - 12 Nm (110 in. lbs.)
