Crankshaft Seal Retainer: Service and Repair
Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Retainer - Removal
REMOVAL
1. Remove the transmissionSee: Transmission and Drivetrain/Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual
Transmission/Transaxle - Removal.
2. Remove the pressure plate and clutchSee: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flywheel/Service and Repair/Removal.
3. Remove the flywheel See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flywheel/Service and Repair/Removal.
4. Remove the seal retainer bolts (3) and the seal retainer (2).
