Dodge Viper SRT-10 Workshop Service and Auto Repair Manuals

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel assembly from the vehicle and place it on a workbench See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument Panel - Removal.

3. Remove the screws (1) that secure the left and right side instrument panel ducts (2 and 4) and the center distribution duct (3) to the instrument

panel (5).

4. Remove the left and right side instrument panel ducts and the center distribution duct from the instrument panel.

Instrument Panel Ducts - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position the left and right side instrument panel ducts (2 and 4) and the center distribution duct (3) to the instrument panel (5).
2. Install the screws (1) that secure the left and right side instrument panel ducts and the center distribution duct to the instrument panel. Tighten the

screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).

3. Install the instrument panel assembly See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument

Panel - Installation.

4. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
