Idle Speed: Adjustments
1. Disconnect and plug canister control and EGR vacuum hoses.
2. Remove PCV valve from grommet and allow it to draw underhood air.
3. With ESC, ground carb switch and disconnect Oxygen sensor.
4. Set idle speed screw to specification.
5. Set cam to specified step and set fast idle.
