Locate the blue striped vacuum signal hose to the vapor canister on the right inside fender. At the suitable location, cut out a 4" long
section of the blue striped vacuum hose. Insert the free nipple of the delay valve from the overlay harness assembled into the blue
striped vacuum signal hose remaining on the vapor canister. Insert the free nipple of the vacuum bleed-off valve into the other side of
the blue striped vacuum signal hose (Figure 9).

Locate the vacuum tree under the carburetor. Route the remaining vacuum hose from the overlay harness to the vacuum tree, and tie
wrap it to the existing harness. For vehicles with air conditioning, use the supplied vacuum tee, PN 3671410, to tee into the vacuum
line which comes from the bottom of the vacuum tree. For vehicles without air conditioning, remove the rubber cap from the nipple on
the bottom of the vacuum tree and connect the 32" vacuum hose from the overlay assembly from Step C (Figure 9).
