Fuel Pressure Regulator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
Air Fuel Control Tube Removal And Installation
1.
Disconnect the air fuel control tube from the injection pump.
2.
Disconnect the other end of the control tube from the intake manifold.
3.
Remove the fuel control tube and discard the seals.
INSTALLATION
1.
Connect the control tube to the intake manifold and torque to 6 lb-ft (8 Nm).
2.
Install new seals, and connect tube to injection pump. Torque fitting screw to 9 lb-ft (12 Nm).
