Remove primary high speed bleed and install new bleed #180, PN 4131128 (Figure 3-C).
3-D - SERVICING SECONDARY HIGH SPEED BLEED

Remove secondary high speed bleed and install new bleed #210, PN 4397708 (Figure 3-D).

Reset fast idle specification as follows:

All speeds and timing remain the same except as noted above. Check and reset as required.
