Remove the cotter pin (1), nut retainer (2), axle nut (3), and washer (4) (Fig. 2).
6.
Disconnect the steering arm from the steering knuckle.
7.
Remove the caliper anchor plate from the steering knuckle.
8.
Remove the three carrier bolts (17) (Fig 2).
9.
Remove the hub (6), bearing carrier (10) and rotor shield (16) (Fig. 2).
BEARING REMOVAL
CAUTION: The bearing remover tools are designed for use with an arbor or hydraulic press and Kent-Moore bearing remover J-22912-01. They must
not be used with any type of impact tool such as a machinist hammer or slide hammer.

Attach press plate 5073 to the rear of the hub and carrier assembly as shown in (Fig. 3). Secure the press plate with the M12 x 1.75 x 40 mm bolts
(A).
2.
Position the assembled hub, carrier and press plate in an arbor or hydraulic press.

Press the hub out of the carrier (B) with press pin 5074 (Fig. 4).
