Pulsair Valve: Service and Repair
1. Remove air cleaner assembly and disconnect vacuum hose from Pulsair valve.
2. Disconnect support bracket, then loosen retaining nuts and remove Pulsair valve.
3. Lightly lubricate Pulsair valve tubes with oil.
4. Install Pulsair valve. Torque nuts to 10-13 ft.lbs.
5. Connect support bracket.
6. Connect vacuum hose to valve and install air cleaner assembly.
