Removal of rear seat

REMOVAL STEPS

1. Seat belt mounting bolts
2. Rear seat belt (center)
3. Seat belt (buckle side)
4. Seat belt anchor plate attaching bolts
5. Sash guide cover <Hatchback>
6. Rear pillar trim <Sedan>
7. Sash guide attaching bolts
8. Quarter trim, lower <Hatchback>
9. Retractor bracket attaching bolts

10. Seat belt assembly (tongue side)

NOTE:  Reverse the removal procedures to reinstall.

SERVICE POINTS OF REMOVAL

5. Removal Of Sash Guide Cover <HATCHBACK>

Remove the sash guide cover using a plastic trim tool.

6. Removal Of Rear Pillar Trim <SEDAN>

Refer to Interior Trim/Service and Repair.

8. Removal Of Quarter Trim, Lower <HATCHBACK>

Refer to Interior Trim/Service and Repair.

SERVICE POINTS OF INSTALLATION

10. Installation Of Seat Belt Assembly

Install the rear seat belt by inserting the retractor locking claw positively in the hole made in the body.
