Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Disconnect fan motor electrical connector and thermo sensor electrical connectors.

3.

Disconnect condenser fan motor electrical connector, if equipped.

4.

Remove upper radiator hose, if equipped with air conditioning.

5.

Remove fan motor retaining bolts, then the fan motor assembly.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
