Throttle Full Close Switch: Adjustments

Closed Throttle Position Switch and Throttle Position Sensor Adjustment

Closed Throttle Position Switch

Disconnect the connector of the throttle position sensor.

Connect an ohmmeter between terminal 2 (Closed throttle position switch) and 1 (sensor ground) by using jumper wires.

Fixed Idle Adjustment

Insert a feeler gauge with a thickness of 0.65 mm (0.0256 in.) between the fixed SAS and the throttle lever.

Throttle Position Sensor

Loosen the throttle position sensor mounting bolt; then turn the throttle position sensor body fully clockwise.

In this condition check for continuity between terminals G and 02.
