e. Install front case assembly through new front case gasket and temporarily tighten flange bolts. Do not tighten filter bracket bolts.
f.

Mount oil filter bracket and gasket on front case and install bolts.

g. Tighten front case and oil filter bracket bolts to specifications.
h. Secure oil pump driven gear onto left silent shaft.
i.

Install new O-ring and cap plug using socket tool No. MD998162, or equivalent.

Apply a 0.16 inch bead of sealant to oil pan flange as shown.
