Heated Glass Element Switch: Testing and Inspection

Rear Window Defogger Switch

1. Remove the meter hood from the instrument panel 
2. Operate the switch and check for continuity between the terminals.

3. Apply battery voltage between the terminals (3), (4) and (2) to confirm that the test light illuminates for about 11 Minutes when the switch is

turned on.
