COMPLETE REVISION AND NO ASTERISKS HAVE BEEN USED TO HIGHLIGHT REVISIONS.

NOTE:
THIS INFORMATION APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 2.0L TURBO CHARGED ENGINE.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some vehicles may exhibit a condition where the washer nozzles leak washer fluid onto the hood when they are not in use.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the vehicle exhibits this condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves removing the check valve in the right sill area and installing two new valves below the existing valves below the washer outlets.
1.
Remove the check valves located in the right sill area and install joint p/n MB083730. Discard the check valves.
2.
Locate the two hoses leading to the washer nozzles (Figure 1).
