2. Inspect intermittent wiper relay.

Wiper Operation Not     

1. Inspect intermittent wiper relay. 

Coordinated w/Washer

Washer Is Inoperative   

1. Inspect washer motor.

Wiper Is Inoperative    

1. Inspect washer switch.
