Brake Caliper: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

Front

REMOVAL 

1. Drain the brake fluid.
2. Remove the components as outlined in the above image.

INSPECTION 

Check the brake disc for damage.

INSTALLATION 

1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Fill master cylinder with brake fluid.
3. Bleed the brake system. See: Brake Bleeding 
4. Install the front brake assembly and measure the disc brake drag torque. See: Disc Brake System/Specifications
