Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL  

Pre-removal Operation:
-

Engine Coolant Draining. 

Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

INSPECTION

-

Check the water hoses for cracks, damage, clogging or deterioration.

-

Check the oil cooler bolt for clogging or deformation.

INSTALLATION

Installation in reverse order as removal.

Installation Service Point 

A. Engine Oil Cooler Installation.

Insert the stopper into the groove of the oil filter bracket, and then tighten the oil cooler bolt.

Post-installation Operation:
-

Engine Coolant Supplying.

Engine Oil Checking and Supplying.
