Intercooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Pre-removal Operation:

Front Bumper Removal

Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

INSPECTION

Check the charge air cooler fins for bending, damage, or foreign matter.

Check the charge air cooler hoses for cracking, damage, or wear.

INSTALLATION 

Installation in reverse order as removal.

Post-installation Operation:

Front Bumper Installation.
