Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a work bench as shown (Fig. 1).
NOTE:
THE SEAT DOES NOT REQUIRE DE-TRIMMING.

Snip the wire tie from the motor. Note the position for later reinstallation.
3.
Using pliers, squeeze the harness retaining clip to remove it form the harness tray (Fig. 2).
4.
Disconnect the motor connector from the harness.
