Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Service and Repair
Without Antilock Brakes
Proportioning Valve Components Removal And Installation
REMOVAL
1. Drain the brake fluid.
2. Remove intake manifold.
3. Remove the brake lines.
4. Remove the proportioning valve.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order, except as noted below.
2. Connect brake lines in order shown above referencing following points:

Left rear brake line (1).

Right rear brake line (2).
-
Right front brake (3).
-
Left front brake (4).
-
Master cylinder secondary port (5).
-
Master cylinder primary port (6).
