Fuel Supply Tubes 3.3L
12.
Disconnect fuel supply and return tubes fittings at rear of intake manifold.
13.
Remove screw from fuel tube clamp. Separate fuel tubes from bracket.
14.
Rotate injectors towards center of engine. Disconnect injector electrical connectors.

Remove fuel rain mounting bolts.
16.
Lift fuel rail strait up, off engine. Cover injector opening in manifold.
INSTALLATION
1.
Before installing injectors lubricate the O-rings with a drop of clean engine oil.
2.
Align injectors with openings in intake manifold. Seat fuel injectors. Tighten fuel rail mounting bolts to 200 in-lbs (22 Nm).
3.
Install injector electrical connectors. Rotate injectors toward valve covers.
4.
Install fuel supply and return tubes.
5.
With a new gasket, install intake manifold plenum. Install mounting bolts loosely.
6.
With a new gasket, install EGR tube. Install mounting bolts loosely.
7.
Tighten intake plenum bolts.
8.
Tighten EGR tube bolts.
9.
Connect hoses to PCV valve and brake booster.
10.
Connect MAP sensor and EGR solenoid electrical connectors.
11.
Connect TPS and AIS motor electrical connectors.
12.
Install throttle and speed control cable bracket.
13.
Connect throttle and speed control cables.
14.
Connect purge hose to throttle body.
15.
Connect intake air hose to throttle body.
16.
Connect the negative battery cable.
17.
Using the DRB II select the Automatic Shut Down (ASD) Fuel System Test to pressurize fuel system and check for leaks. SEE COMPUTERS
AND CONTROL SYSTEMS/SCAN TOOL ORIENTATION.
CAUTION: Unless the test is stopped or the ignition switch is turned to the OFF position the fuel pump relay and the ASD relay will remain energized
for 7 minutes by the ASD Fuel System Test.
