Antenna: Description and Operation
The power antenna is used on the premium systems only. Battery feed for the antenna is provided on circuit F35.
This circuit is protected by a 20 Amp circuit breaker located in cavity 23 of the junction block. The F35 circuit is spliced and provides power for the
power door locks, power seats, power sunroof, and power deck-lid pull down.
The circuit breaker is powered by circuit A3 from the Power Distribution Center (PDC). This circuit is protected by a 30 Amp fuse located in cavity H
of the PDC.
Ground for the antenna is provided on circuit Z1 which terminates at the left rear wheel well.
Circuit X60 is also connected from the radio and spliced to the amplifier and the power antenna.
