SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Polycast wheel center cap falls off following service, cap retention tabs on wheel cracked and/or missing.
DIAGNOSIS:
Visually inspect cap assembly retention area of wheel (3 tabs molded in the wheel on the hub area) located under the cap when cap is installed to the
wheel. If cap retention tabs are cracked and/or missing perform the Repair Procedure.
NOTE:
IF ONE OR MORE CENTER CAP ASSEMBLY IS MISSING OR DAMAGED REPLACE ALL FOUR WHEEL CENTER CAPS.
