Connect the A/C lines to the A/C condenser.

Evacuate the A/C system.
18.
Cut the lower transmission fluid hose at the top of the vertical run just before the preformed bend that takes the hose horizontal toward the radiator
(Refer to Figure 3.)
19.
Remove and discard the portion of the lower transmission fluid hose that is attached to the radiator transmission fluid cooler lower outlet nipple.
Retain the clamp.
20.
Install the brass hose to hose fitting in the end of the lower transmission fluid hose and secure with a hose clamp from the parts kit.
21.
Install the steel spring and a hose clamp over one end of the hose supplied in the parts kit and install that end of the hose on the radiator
transmission fluid cooler lower outlet nipple. Tighten the hose clamp securely (Refer to Figure 4).
22.
Route the hose from the radiator transmission fluid cooler lower outlet nipple to the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler, avoiding any sharp edges
or parts that move.
23.
Gut the hose from the radiator transmission fluid cooler lower outlet nipple to the appropriate length and install it and a hose clamp from the parts
kit on one of the nipples of the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Tighten the hose clamp securely.
24.
Install the remaining portion of the hose on the brass hose to hose fitting in the end of the lower transmission fluid hose and secure with hose
clamp from the parts kit.
25.
Route the lower transmission fluid hose to transmission fluid auxiliary cooler, avoiding any sharp edges or parts that can move.
26.
Cut the lower transmission fluid hose to the appropriate length and install it and a hose clamp from the parts kit on the remaining nipple of the
transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Tighten the hose clamp securely.
