ISSUE: 
Front and rear bumpers made of Xenoy plastic have had the conductive primer removed from service parts.

ACTION: 
If service is required to a Xenoy plastic part, refer to your paint manufacturer's specific procedures. In the absence of these specifications, refer to the
following Service Procedure and Figures 1 and 2 for painting instructions. This procedure and the products used have been verified and tested for
durability.

Service Procedure

1.

Thoroughly wash the bumper with soap and warm water.

WARNING

WEAR RESPIRATORY PROTECTION AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING WHENEVER POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR
CONDITIONS EXIST IN THE SHOP.

2.

Remove the zinc styrate mold release agent by washing the bumper with a commercial soap product containing Trisodium Phosphate or use an
alcohol-based cleaner.

3.

Lightly scuff the part with a Scotchbrite(R) pad or 600 grit sandpaper.

4.

Wipe bumper clean with a pre-cleaner, then wipe with tack cloth.
