Vacuum Vent Valve: Testing and Inspection
1. Disconnect vacuum hose from switch, then apply vacuum to vacuum chamber using hand-operated pump.
2. If chamber does not hold vacuum, replace speed control dump valve.
3. Press brake pedal. If vacuum does not exhaust from chamber, replace speed control dump valve.
